Registration is open for LimmudVan ’16.
The weekend of learning begins on Saturday evening, January 30, with a community cabaret, followed by a full day of presentations on Sunday, January 31. The event this year will be at Congregation Beth Israel, at Oak and 28th streets.
Tickets are available for the entire weekend and separately for Saturday evening or Sunday. The price for the full weekend experience is $70; the Saturday cabaret, $20 and the Sunday learning festival with lunch, $54. Special reduced rates are available for 36 and under. If you cannot afford to pay full price, you can pay what you can.
The LimmudVan 2016 schedule on Sunday will be rolled out later this month. All the presenters will be featured on the website in the weeks leading up to the day of learning. Check out the presenters currently on the website. The LimmudVan ’16 website, redesigned this November, offers limmudniks extensive information about presenters, LimmudVan ’16, matters of interest to our community of learners, past limmuds and Limmud International.
Let us know what you think about the redesigned website. All suggestions for improvements are welcome.
And you don’t have to wait until the end of January to be involved with the Limmud community of learners. Dozens of people volunteer to shape the kind of Limmud they want to see in Vancouver. Be part of creation. Sign up now.
